To enjoy your Mulberry's Exclusive Day Spa to the full we ask you to:

Arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment so that you can relax and enjoy the complete Mulberry's experience.

Turn off your mobile telephone before you enter the salon.

Use the lounge bar and pool area only if you are visiting Mulberry's for a treatment or consultation.

Give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you may be charged 50% of the treatment fee or the full amount if the slot cannot be rebooked.

Contra-indications

We do not recommend waxing or facials directly before or after any form of heat treatment.

To gain maximum benefits from essential and aromatherapy oils, we suggest you avoid showering and swimming for 3-4 hours after treatments using these and even leave the oils on overnight if you can.

Avoid drinking alcohol after an aromatherapy massage and ensure you drink plenty of water following the detoxification treatment.

If you have any allergies, particularly to nuts, seafood or wheat, you may be asked to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments.

If you suffer from skin sensitivity, severe contact eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis we may ask you to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments.

We do not recommend pedicures or reflexology if you suffer from athletes foot, verrucae or fungal infections.

We do not recommend aromatherapy treatments if you are within the first three months of pregnancy.

You use the outdoor swimming pool at your own risk and are advised not to swim before or after hair colouring or perming treatments.

If you are scheduled to take treatments within the Medical Suite we advise you not to use the swimming pool.

Gift Vouchers

Mulberry's regret that we cannot take any responsibility for lost gift vouchers so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment - regrettably we make no exceptions to this policy. Gift vouchers expire after 1 year.

Car park

Please note that the car park at the back of the building is solely for the use of clients whilst they are at Mulberry's for treatments or relaxation. We ask that it is not used as a short stay car park whilst shopping before or after your appointment and that you take particular care not to block someone else in when choosing your parking space.

No Smoking Policy

Please note that our strict no smoking policy at Mulberry's includes the gardens, pool area and car park.

No Children

We do have a special time purely for children's hair styling between 4-6pm on Tuesdays although we remind you that we do not allow children under the age of 16 in the beauty lounge, treatment rooms, lounge bar or pool terrace at any time.

Directions

From M40 Junction 2 take the A355 towards Beaconsfield. Turn left onto the A40 at the roundabout into Old Beaconsfield. Mulberry's is situated on the left hand side before the roundabout.
